Download HIK Vision® Hik-Connect® Mobile either through the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play Store through your device.
Touch "GET" on Apple® App Store or "INSTALL" on Google® Play Store. Wait for the download and install to complete.
After install is complete, touch "OPEN" to launch the application.
Notifications, either “Don’t Allow” or “Allow”, it is users choice.
Select your “Country/Region”. Scroll down and select “USA”. Touch the ✓ , upper right, to save & continue.
There is no need for either “Login” or “Visitor Mode”. Simply touch the + , upper right, to add your device.
Touch the “Manual Adding” option to configure your device settings.
Touch the "IP/Domain" option. The "HIK-Connect Domain" is blocked by Dunkin'® Brands VPN Intranet Service.
Enter the device settings as follows. Alias "PC000000". Address "000000.my-dvr.com". Port "8000". User Name "username", provided to you on install. Device Password "PC000000!". Always replace "000000" with your sites actual PC number. Simply touch the disk icon , upper right, to save your device settings.
Complete. You may now select 'Start Live View" or simply exit the application.
To launch the "HIK-Connect" application locate the icon shown above on your device.
When the application launches from now on your devices will be automatically saved and listed under "My Device". Simply touch the "PC #" of the device you wish to view at that location.
